"My family and I just returned from our vacation in Florida and we could not have asked for a better vacation home! Watersong Dream was absolutely beautiful! Because we had such a large party, the en suite bathrooms were a major plus! The home was beautifully furnished and decorated. We had plenty of room for everyone to just spread out and relax. Based on the website description and pictures, we were not disappointed, if anything, we were even more surprised once we got there. The kitchen provided everything you could possibly need to prepare quick or elaborate meals for a large crowd.

My family and I have been vacationing in Florida for the past several years, and every year we would bring extra things from home just in case our vacation home didn't provide everything we needed. For this home, you don't need to bring anything. Bath towels, pool towels, extra linen, cookware, dinnerware-it was all provided.

One of the most exciting rooms for the majority of the family was indeed the game room. That room provided hours of fun for everyone! The pool and spa was also a big hit! The view overlooking the conservation was beautiful and relaxing.

I can not say enough good things about this home. However, there is one other aspect of finding the perfect vacation home that I must comment on--customer service. Joy was simply pleasant! She kept in touch with me during the entire process. She was very accommodating and she even called the home during our stay to make sure everything was ok and we were satisfied. A member of her management company also stopped by the home to make sure everything was fine. Joy was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with her in the near future.

I have already recommended this home to my friends! After the first ten minutes of being in the home, my family had already decided they wanted to return to this home next summer and I can't wait! This was a perfect home for an almost perfect vacation! "

"We had the pleasure of being the first guests to this wonderful house on 6/4 - 6/8 '08.

The front appearance belies the size of the house. It is quite large - about 3,500 sq.ft. and everything inside is brand new. The hosts (or the interior designer they hired) have great taste in furnishings and overall decor of the house. The kitchen is well stocked with new appliances, utensils, etc. The pool is large enough (30 ft long) to accommodate 6 adults and 2 kids swimming without bumping into each other. We utilized the pool at all times of day and into the evening - the pool and whirlpool is lighted. There is plenty of shaded area near the pool and a barbeque station nearby. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the bedding is soft and sumptuous. Bathrooms are ensuite and quite large, with nice decor.

The house is located about a 45 min. drive from the airport and about 15-20 min. from Disney parks if you use highways. Publix (local food supermarket) is located about 8 min. drive away.

Overall we loved the place, its size, the pool, and interior decor and will come back there again! The hosts are a very nice couple who left us a couple of bottles of wine and beer (which we haven't touched :). I highly recommend spending your Orlando vacation in this house!"

"We recently took our family vacation to Disney during the 4th of July week 2009. Looking for the right rental property can be overwhelming, specially in Orlando. After the initial inquiry, the owners stopped at nothing to make sure our vacation would be fabulous. The Villa is incredible. The accommodations were plush. The website pictures do not do this home justice. We felt like we were staying in a brand new home.

With 3 small children under the age of 10, they each loved their own bedroom and bath and each room is equipped with an lcd tv and dvd player. As for the adults, we had trouble figuring out which king size bed/suite we wanted to sleep in. They were all incredible.

The owners gave detailed vacation tips that we took advantage of since we have never vacationed in the area before. Plus you can save through the guests services provided by the property management company.

In short, if you are looking for a 5 star home, this is it! The drive to Disney each day was about 15 min depending on the traffic. The Watersong development is in progress but all construction in or near this property has been completed. You won't be disappointed!

"When we visit Florida, we always rent a vacation. Not taking anything away from the other homes, but this particular home was breath taking beginning with downstairs to upstairs. Everything you needed for preparing meals plus extra was found in the kitchen. The kids loved the game room, the pool and most of all, this home is equipped with a computer not just the connection as most home. The property is well maintained and much love was put into the decoration. If you're looking for a fishing spot to just relax, right behind the house is a pond where my husband spent most of his time. We were minutes away from Wal-mart and fast food places. Would I ever book this place again while visiting Florida? YES, with no doubt. Thanks for the wine and for making our vacation, one we'll never regret. "

"I would like to thank Joy and Simon for a wonderful stay at their fabulous Villa. Pictures cannot do it justice. It really is beautiful. The Villa is large and spacious with all the fixtures and fittings to a very high specification. The pool area is lovely with great views of the conservation area. There was also a huge basket of towels for use outside by the pool and BBQ area, as well as towels in abundance for every bathroom. The bedrooms are fabulous, with huge comfy beds and large en-suites. The Villa is 20 minutes from the Main Disney resorts. It is very straight forward to get there and actually nice to feel as though you are leaving the commercial world behind for the short trip back to the peace and quiet of the Villa. The facilities of the gated Watersong community are great and not crowded at all. I used the gym 4 or 5 times and it was very quiet each time. Useful to have interent access at the Villa and the management company are very pleasant and helpful in a relaxed but efficient way. There were two bottles of wine left for us as a welcome, which was a nice touch too. All said, we will definately be going back, and would certainly recomend this Villa to anyone. There were 5 adults and a child in our party so we didn't use all the bedrooms, but even with another two adults and children the Villa would have coped easily as it is so large and spacious. If you go, you will love it."

"Excellent directions and instructions ensured that we found the property and local amenities. The home is beautifully decorated also providing a relaxed and homely feel for a luxurious 5 star vacation. The surrounding countryside was stunning we even had a visit from two beautiful native Sandhill Cranes while we were staying. "Where do we begin........ We arrived on the 4th June 2009 for a 3 week holiday. Upon arrival we were taken a back by the sheer size & beauty of the villa & its surroundings. As we walked through the front door we were met by stunning decor & ample space. The house is kitted out for every persons needs, be it for a large family or just the 2 people as we were. The 1st thing that struck us was that the photos on the website cannot even nearly do justice to how beautiful and grand this villa really is. Words cannot even begin to describe it. The upstairs area was massive, including having a laundry room up there which was very handy! The bedrooms are huge & all ensuite & kitted out with everything you could need. After staying in many different villas over the years this one is in a class of its own & the pool and decking area is the largest we have seen. If that wasn't enough the beautiful surroundings add to the enjoyment of the pool area. If you want to get out of the Florida heat the villa even has a games room with something for everyone in it. The villa was spotless and everything looks brand new. Another bonus is that the pool gets the sun from 1st thing in the morning until seeing it set in the evening. Just up the road there is a Publix & takeaways area & also a good quality golf course. Joy & SImon are wonderful hosts, always happy to help and in constant contact from booking the villa to returning home. We would recommend this villa to all of our family & friends.......we are even looking to book next year as we speak!! This is a must for anyone who wishes to have the experience of a lifetime. A stay in this villa is truly paradise & the closest you will get to feeling like you have won the lottery "
